Delete Your Account

Learn how to permanently delete your account and all associated data from StackerScan.

What Gets Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed:

Account Information

  • Your user account and profile
  • Login credentials and authentication data
  • Account preferences and settings

Your Data

  • All documents and scans
  • Metal receipts and statistics
  • Uploaded files and images

Activity & History

  • Activity logs and history
  • Stack data

Credits & Billing

  • Any remaining credits
  • Billing information
What Happens After Deletion?

Once you delete your account you'll be signed out and all your data permanently deleted from our servers. No backups are retained. To use StackerScan again, create a new account. You can reuse the same email address, but your previous data cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to permanently delete your account and data:

    Navigate to Your Account

    Go to your account page by clicking on your avatar in the navigation bar and then clicking the Account button.

    Open the Delete Account Dialog

    Look for the "Delete My Account" button, found in the Account Information section of your account page.

    Review the Warning

    A dialog will appear listing all the data that will be permanently deleted. Read this information carefully as this action cannot be undone.

    Confirm Your Decision

    To confirm deletion, you'll need to type delete exactly as shown in the confirmation field.

    Complete the Process

    Click the "Delete My Account and All Data" button. Your account will be permanently deleted, and you'll be signed out and redirected to the home page.

Final Warning

Account and data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once you delete your account:

  • There is no grace period or recovery option
  • All your documents, scans, and receipts will be lost forever
  • Any remaining credits cannot be refunded or transferred
  • You cannot restore your account or data later
