Learn how to permanently delete your account and all associated data from StackerScan

What Gets Deleted?
When you delete your data, the following information is permanently removed:

Account Information

  • Your user account and profile
  • Login credentials and authentication data
  • Account preferences and settings

Your Data

  • All documents and scans
  • Metal receipts and statistics
  • Uploaded files and images

Activity & History

  • Activity logs and history
  • Stacks data

Credits & Billing

  • Any remaining credits
  • Billing information
How to Delete Your Data
Follow these steps to permanently delete your account and data:

    Navigate to Your Profile

    Go to your profile page by clicking on your avatar in the navigation bar.

    Open the Delete Data Dialog

    Look for the "Delete Account" or "Delete Data" button, typically found in the account settings or danger zone section of your profile.

    Review the Warning

    A dialog will appear listing all the data that will be permanently deleted. Read this information carefully as this action cannot be undone.

    Confirm Your Decision

    To confirm deletion, you'll need to type delete exactly as shown in the confirmation field.

  5. 5

    Complete the Process

    Click the "Delete My Account and All Data" button. Your account will be permanently deleted, and you'll be signed out and redirected to the home page.

What Happens After Deletion?

Immediate Effects

  • • You'll be signed out automatically
  • • All local storage and session data will be cleared
  • • You'll be redirected to the home page

Data Removal

  • • All your data is permanently deleted from our servers
  • • No backups are retained
  • • The deletion cannot be reversed

Future Access

  • • You'll need to create a new account to use StackerScan again
  • • Your previous data cannot be recovered
  • • You can reuse the same email address for a new account
Final Warning

Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once you delete your account:

  • There is no grace period or recovery option
  • All your documents, scans, and receipts will be lost forever
  • Any remaining credits cannot be refunded or transferred
  • You cannot restore your account or data later
